WHY USE THEORY OF CHANGE

Next Course Commencing 2022

6 weeks (+2)

Theory of Change (TOC) is one of the most powerful tools in the evaluation toolbox. TOC is a hands-on tool that can provide you with a step-wise and strategic MAP to guide not only your evaluation, but program planning and learning too!

This course is the ideal starting point for individuals and teams wanting to evaluate and improve their programs and other initiatives. Learn the tools, minus the jargon. Apply the learnings as you build an effective TOC that you can communicate with stakeholders and use as a foundation for evaluating.

*You will have access to the course content and software for 8 weeks, so if you miss a week you will have the opportunity to catch up.
