Scoping conversation​
We start by learning about your organisation — your evaluation maturity, your team's capacity, and what success looks like for you.
Together, we design the right engagement model, whether that's full partnership, targeted workshops, or a combination tailored to your needs.​

Your practical plan
We use our Visual Insights readiness tools to understand where your team is right now, and identify the highest-value starting points across the seven capability areas.
From this, we draft a six-month or annual plan, giving you a clear, practical roadmap for the work ahead.

Building and doing
Tools from our packages are introduced and mentoring and coaching is tailored.
Champions are identified and a community of practice is formed.
Your staff lead the work, with our team providing coaching and quality assurance. Evaluations are planned with support.

Lasting capability and capacity
Your staff have the tools and templates they need to progress evaluation. Standards, procedures, and exemplars are embedded. Your team leads evaluation confidently, with the systems and resourcing in place to sustain it.
