Program modelling

Modelling the program (or project) is an important foundational step for evaluation. Evaluation models help us step back and reflect on our program activities (what we do) and the outcomes we aim for in the people and groups we work with (the difference we make). These models are not only helpful for evaluation. Building and reflecting on program models will provide us with valuable information for understanding our program and reflection on program planning. This course is an ideal starting point for individuals and teams who want to evaluate and improve their programs and other initiatives. Learn the tools, minus the jargon. Apply the learnings as you build an effective theory of change (TOC) and program logic (PL) that you can communicate with stakeholders and use as a foundation for evaluation.
