About Visual Insights capacity building games

Visual Insights people are passionate about combining theory, knowledge and experience with play to increase engagement and motivation of people to feel empowered in change processes and build the capacity of teams and organisations.

So why play?

Play reduces stress, sharpens mental acuity, promotes creativity and problem-solving and enhances social connection.

And, the proof is in the play! Facilitating game sessions at conferences, workshops and organisational workplaces has shown us that in a short space of time, our games generate new ideas and actions for teams to take forward for creating positive change and increasing evaluation capacity.
